Diego Teo is one of the most remarkable artists of his generation, in both national and international terms. His work is characterized by a particular skill in the use of everyday materials and the special way in which he uses both public and institutional exhibition spaces. His work has been presented in various galleries and settings, among them Art & Idea (Mexico City), Proyectos Monclova (Mexico City), Benjamín Diaz Gallery (Toronto), Haydee Rovirosa (New York), El Cubo/SAPS (Mexico City) and in museums such as the Museo de Arte Carrillo Gil (Mexico City), Museo de Arte Moderno (Mexico City) and the national museum Centro de Arte Reina Sofía (Madrid).
