Conference "German as a Foreign Language in the European Context" (Belarus)

From 26 to 28 February 2009 the Goethe-Institut Minsk held the specialist conference "German as a Foreign Language in the European Context“.

Speakers from Germany (Prof. Dr. Ulrich Ammon, Prof. Dr. Frank G. Königs, Dr. Nicole Marx, Frau Lévy-Hillerich) and Belarus (Dr. Natalia Baranowa) dealt in their talks, seminars and workshops with a broad spectrum of questions relevant to the subject of German as a foreign language:

From language policy and language education in Europe, multilingualism and tertiary language didactics, through to questions of the design of teaching resources and cross-language learning.
