Jenny Erpenbeck in Australia

​German bestselling author Jenny Erpenbeck has written several internationally successful novels which, among many other languages, have also been translated into English. We are happy to welcome her to the Sydney Writers' Festival and to the Wheeler Centre in Melbourne.

She will present her latest novel Go, Went, Gone and meet other authors and experts to discuss topics that are related to her writing such as family, heritage, identity, flight, expulsion and migration. During the festival Jenny will hold three panel discussions together with Richard Flanagan, Michelle de Kretser, Omid Tofighian and Julian Burnside.
