Goethe-Institut Australia aims to encourage and support the teaching of German in primary and secondary schools, at universities, and at colleges and institutes of adult education. We cooperate closely with other partners in Australia.
We provide support services for the teaching of German, supply information on new teaching methods, material, examinations and on how to promote the German language. We provide easy access to present-day Germany with up-to-date information on all aspects of life in the Federal Republic.
We also arrange in-service training courses on teaching methods and German background studies both in Australia and in Germany.
