2004 - 3rd Festival of German Cinema

A mix of 16 eclectic and versatile German films were chosen for the 3rd Festival of German Cinema 2004, which took place at the Chauvel Cinema and Valhalla in Sydney, the Australian Centre for the Moving Image in Melbourne and at the Southbank Cinemas in Brisbane in April. The highlights included a screening of Jo Baier’s masterpiece “Swabian Children” and "Operation Valkyrie” and a presentation of Arthur Hofer’s short film program.
