Ellen’s life seems to be exciting as she travels the world as a flight attendant. But when her partner first betrays and then leaves her she can’t stand it. She suffers a panic attack and has to abandon an airplane that is preparing to start. When leaving the plane she feels like she is leaving her old life behind. Being on her own in Frankfurt Ellen desperately seeks for someone to accompany her. After a while she becomes acquainted with a group of young animal-rights activists and falls in love with the much younger Karl. Convinced that there must be a specific place in the world where she is needed, Ellen is ready for a new beginning. | ||||||||||||
