Several times a year the city of Venice is swamped by high waters and shops and restaurants put up barricades and store their goods up high, or close down altogether. This documentary follows the search for a way to save Venice from being overcome by flood waters and looks at the ambitious, hugely expensive and controversial scheme that was approved by the Berlusconi government, called the Moses Project.
