One of the most important weapons during the cold war was the radio: A small CIA-financed radio station in Munich broadcasted western propaganda to the Soviet-occupied Eastern Europe. The documentary explores how the airing of uncensored news and western music helped to bring a peaceful end of the cold war and lift the Iron Curtain.
