Stevie is a precocious 14-year-old girl, growing up with her parents who playfully escape their parental responsiblities. When they decide to move to a country town in Germany, Stevie hopes to finally slip into a normal life. But whilst her parents resort to illegal means to support their leisurely lifestyle, the girl gets more and more caught up in the physically and emotionally destructive world of adults. She must start to define herself and maybe find a way to even break free.
