The Goethe-Institut Montreal’s McLaren Theatre, with a seating capacity of 73 people, is the ideal location for your event. The auditorium is technically equipped with everything you need for film screenings, festivals, lectures, workshops or corporate events. In addition to a professional film screen and projectors, the space also has a small stage which is perfect for readings, chamber concerts or theatre shows. We also offer technical support for the duration of your event and a receptionist is included in the rental. In the heart of Montreal, in the midst of the Quartier Latin, we provide the perfect location with a European flair. The Institute is easily accessible by public transport and there are many restaurants and bars in the vicinity for after your event.

Our 5 seminar rooms are also available for rent, also in combination with the auditorium. They are equipped with white boards and wifi internet access, as well as TV sets and DVD players. One room comes with a video beamer. The rooms have a capacity of 15 to 25 people. Our seminar rooms are the perfect location for classes, meetings, seminars and training sessions.
