Summer Intensive Courses

You want to start learning German and progress fast? Short of booking one of our Intensive Courses in Germany, our Intensive Summer Courses are your best choice.

New! A1-1 - Complete Beginners (For age 13-15)

You introduce yourself, and talk about your classmates – and your favourite animals! You also learn pronunciation basics and numbers (Chapters 1 – 3 of textbook "prima A1"). Grammar: German verbs.

A1-1 - Complete Beginners

You learn essential vocabulary, the principles of pronunciation, useful phrases (introduce yourself, interview others), simple structures (Chapters 1-3 of textbook "Studio D" A1)

New! A1-2 (For age 13-15)

You talk and write about what you do at school, explain your hobbies, and describe your family. You improve your pronunciation and learn basic sentence structure (Chapters 4 – 6 of textbook "prima A1").

You learn to communicate in every-day situations (apartments, languages, cities), build up your vocabulary, learn useful grammar structures (Chapters 4-6 of textbook "Studio D" A1)

New! A1-3 (For age 13-15)

You learn to talk about your work and your vacations, and to find your way in cities and buildings, build up your vocabulary, learn useful grammar structures (Chapters 7-9 of textbook "Studio D" A1)

You learn to talk about food, clothes, the weather, health, emotions, enlarge your vocabulary, and prepare for the Start Deutsch 1 or the Fit für Deutsch 1 examination (Chapters 10-12 of textbook "Studio D" A1)

Enrolment procedures

Since many of our learners in summer are University Students and Secondary School Students, the minimum age for these courses is 13, and we adjust our teaching methods to this.  Please understand that we cannot admit students under age 16 to our standard evening classes after the Intensive Courses.

Course fee for each Summer Intensive Course is HKD 2200. Should Typhoon Signal 8 be hoisted 3 hours before classes are scheduled to start, they will be cancelled.
