How to Enrol

Enrolment Procedures

For complete beginners (A1-1) 

To register, you can either come to our centre and pay by cash or cheque.

Or you can send your application by post: 

  • Just fill in the
    Download Symbolapplication form (PDF, 83 KB) 
    and send it by post or in person together with a cheque for HKD2,200 made payable to "Goethe-Institut Hongkong".
    (Please do not send us cheques for the course materials, you can buy them at the reception.)
    Please enclose a stamped self-addressed envelop so we can send you a confirmation.
  • We will enrol students on a first-come-first-served basis. Please put down three choices in order of preference, and we will do our best to give you the class you prefer.
  • We will send you the receipt as the confirmation before the course starts.
  • If you want to join the Continuing Education Fund programme, please download the following application form
    www.sfaa.gov.hk/cef/download/SFAA192.pdf,
    fill it in and send it together with your cheque and course enrolment form to us. We will then stamp your CEF form and return it with the confirmation of your course enrolment to you.
    Here are the answers to some Frequently Asked Questions.

    Effective from April 1, 2010, Goethe-Institut Hongkong offers the opportunity to settle course fees on an equal monthly installment basis. For details please contact our Language Department.
For all other Levels (A1-2 to C1)
  • Students attending a course in the present term can enrol for the new term by handing in a cheque (made payable to "Goethe-Institut Hongkong") directly to their teacher. S/he will explain the procedure in class.
  • Learners who studied with us before can enrol for the next term during the last week of the present term.
  • You do not have to come in person (unless you want a placement interview). Anyone can enrol for you.
