Studying in Germany

The DAAD is assigned to promote academic co-operations between Germany and overseas, particularly competent for academic grants. Moreover, the DAAD representatives will inform you about studying and doing research in Germany.

Interested parties from China may contact the DAAD offices in Beijing, Guangzhou and Shanghai or the DAAD-Lecturer at the neighbouring university.

The DAAD Information Centre (IBZ) at the Hong Kong Baptist University provides information about study opportunities in Germany. Besides it is responsible for the approval of scholarships applied by Hong Kong academics (DAAD-scholarship programme, Alexander von Humboldt Foundation).
Weekly counselling in the DAAD Information Centre at HK Baptist University: every Monday, 5-8pm, every Tuesday, 10am-12pm (no appointment required) or by appointment Monday – Friday.
