- Single room: approximately 16 sq. meters (170 sq.ft.); Double room: approx. 22 sq. meters (240 sq.ft.)

- Bed linen and towels
- Bathroom/WC shared by 2–3 persons (separate bathroom on request, subject to availability)
- Shared use of kitchen
- Refrigerator in room or in shared kitchen on same floor
- Internet and TV connection

- Washing machine and dryer
- Parking spaces in front of the building (only at guesthouse in Wilhelm-Meister-Weg)
- Location: 3–5 minutes' walk from the institute
