Arrival

By plane:

Copyright: Goethe-Institut in Deutschland On arrival day a bus transfer service is available from Munich Airport and Memmingen Airport to the St. Norbert Bildungshaus between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. This may involve a wait at the airport with a Goethe-Institut staff member. If you book a flight that arrives later than 6 p.m., the one-way transfer fee is € 180 (Munich Airport) or € 30 (Memmingen Airport).

Our Goethe-Institut staff member meets all arriving participants at the Meeting Point in the international arrivals area, and is easy to spot with a Goethe-Institut sign and an official letter for identification purposes. Unfortunately we cannot name the staff members in advance for organizational reasons. Please inform us of your arrival time and flight number at least three weeks before the course begins. The cost of the transfer service to the school and back to the airport is € 90 (Airport Munich) or € 35 (Airport Memmingen). Your child should have this amount in an envelope on arrival. Please purchase your return ticket, confirm your return flight and reserve your seat before arriving at the course.

The bus transfer from the boarding school to Munich Airport will take place in the morning and afternoon. In case of flight departures before 9 a.m. or after 8 p.m., there will be a charge of approx. €180 for the one-way transfer to Munich Airport, or approx. € 30 for the one-way transfer to Memmingen Airport.
