From the fifth floor of the Kumu museum, one gets a fabulous view of the city. But anyone who’s familiar with Tallinn skyline will do a double take upon seeing two gigantic towers that seem to have sprung up overnight. Bulgarian artist Petko Dourmana has projected them into the landscape and tells us why anyone who wants to make an architectural statement in the media age no longer needs a builder.
