How to get to the conference
Transfer to and from the Conference VenueThere are busses available in order to make the transfer from Tunis Carthage International Airport to the conference venue and back to the airport as comfortable as possible.
Please inform the organizers about your arrival and departure at Carthage International Airport as soon as possible by sending the information to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that participants from the Tunisian provinces are kindly asked to organize their travel to Hammamet for themselves. Arising expenses will be reimbursed upon presentation of relevant supporting documents.
The Conference VenueThe conference is set to take place at the Medina, Yasmine Hammamet, in Tunisia, where a spacious plenary room, numerous rooms for the respective workshops and an exhibition space for the market place are available in the conference center.
Accommodation for all of the 200 participants is provided within walking distance in two 4* Hotels, Diar Lemdina and Eden Yasmine Hotels. Full board will be provided during the conference: The breakfast is set to take place in the respective hotels, whereas lunch will be provided in the restaurant of the conference center. Dinner will be provided as part of the opening reception on the first day and as part of the cultural evening on the second day. WiFi is available at the whole conference venue.
