How can I benefit from Engage with German?
Businesses
Businesses play a very important role when working with schools. Engaging in motivational events helps shine the light on the ‘world of work’ for students. At the same time, companies benefit from adding value to their local community and may even identify potential employees for the longer term.
Schools
There are several ways in which the Goethe-Institut can support your school. These events help establish contact with your local language agencies, businesses and also the wider school network. There are also opportunities to build links with companies and organisations for work experience as well as linking languages to whole school projects such as entrepreneurship and the IAG (Information, Advice, Guidance) Strategy. Your students will also learn about the German language and culture and develop their cross-cultural awareness. This looks good on the CV and it is fun too.
