German Teachers!

With the reopening of the Goethe-Institut London in sight, we are working together with The Association for Language Learning (ALL) to put on an unmissable day conference for teachers of German.

The day will include seminars, advice and tools for German Teaching as well as providing an excellent networking opportunity to exchange tips and project ideas.

In addition to coffee and tea, the German Teachers' Day offers you many workshops and interesting new information about the Goethe-Institut. Among others you will meet Christiane Bolte, who will introduce you to the art of Digital Storytelling. Furthermore, new information about the Goethe-Institut itself awaits you in form of a new brochure and a new video to promote German in British schools. Don´t miss out on the presentation of “Sports and Motivation in the MFL Classroom” using the latest German films. A light summer lunch gives you the opportunity to exchange experiences in teaching German with other teachers. Furthermore, the lyric poet Nora Gomringer, winner of the Jakob-Grimm-Preis Deutsche Sprache 2011, will introduce you to the latest form of verse: Slam Poetry.
