Teaching German at Primary Schools – an important focus of the Goethe-Institut London
Early language learning and the teaching of German in primary schools are a central focus of our educational work. We regularly offer hands-on teacher training (workshops, Teacher Training Days or training weeks) for teachers of primary German or PGCE students of German in Great Britain. Of course we also develop teaching resources - tried and tested in every-day school life. In our library we have a big choice of current and motivating resources for primary schools.
We help you to organise school projects to reinforce the teaching of German in primary schools and invite artists from Germany to perform in an event at your school. Or bring your pupils to participate in events and workshops here at the Goethe-Institut in London.
