You can enrol in person, by telephone, by email or by post.
Booking:
If you are booking a beginner's course, an examination or want to follow on from a previous course you can use a downloadable booking form. All other students need to complete a placement test with our Language Office first.
Booking forms Placement test:
If you already have some German and wish to enrol for one of our courses we ask you to come to the Language Office and fill in a placement test. Afterwards we will conduct an informal interview with you which will help us to rate your level of German as closely as possible and find the best course for you.
You can do the test on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays between 4 - 5.30 pm at our Language Office.
Additonal opening hours:
Prior to the start of a new semester we extend our opening times and placement tests will be offered without the need for an appointment:
Saturday, 4 February from 11:00 to 15:00
Monday, 6 February from 15:00 to 19:00
Tuesday, 7 February from 15:00 to 19:00
Wednesday 8 February from 15:00 to 19:00

- In case of cancellation up to three working days prior to the start of the course the course fee is refunded less an administrative fee of £25. In case of cancellation or withdrawal after the course starts, no refunds can be issued. Please see our Terms and Conditions for details.
