Public Libraries: International Partnerships and Regional Networks
In 2005 the committee organized six workshops all over Greece. The workshops took place in Thessaloniki, Veria, Sparta, Tychero, Kavala and Koropi.
Eight foreign speakers from France, Germany, Spain and the USA conducted the workshops. Additionally four lectures in Athens were offered by the speakers.
In the workshops participated more than 150 librarians from over 40 libraries. Almost 200 librarians participated at the lectures.
