Promoting German

We want to give people the opportunity to get to know Germany and the German language. We provide assistance for promotional projects for the teaching of German in schools and teacher training colleges as well as at exhibitions, German weeks, open days and similar events.

Interested school classes are most welcome to visit the Goethe-Institut Jakarta and have a look around our classrooms which are equipped with modern facilities, the info centre (library), the self-study centre (media library) and gain an insight into the work of the institute. An approx. hour-long visitor's tour provides pupils and accompanying teachers with in-depth information. Please book in advance.
