The Goethe–Zentrum Coimbatore (started in September 2007) offers language courses, organizes cultural events and has a German Resource Centre. The Goethe-Zentrum functions as a unit of Coimbatore Indo-German Cultural Association founded by the G D Naidu Charities, Coimbatore. The mission of the association is to bring about a cultural understanding between the people of the two countries through a host of programmes in the fields of music, literature, theatre and other art forms, in addition to the language.
Our activities range from screenings, theatre performances, concerts, workshops on many innovative topics that would bring about a cultural awareness.
