Germany and India

On the occasion of celebrating 60 years of Indo-German diplomatic ties, a series of events will be held, starting in the second half of 2011 and continuing until late 2012. The Year of Germany, which carries the motto "Germany and India 2011-2012: Infinite Opportunities", will help reinforce and expand the ties that exist between the two countries. With a focus on ‘StadtRäume – CitySpaces’, the theme of the event establishes a direct link to the implications of rapid urbanization and change in India.
