Enrolment procedure

Enrolment period:
Enrolment commences two months prior to the course. Enrolment is on a first-come-first-served basis during working hours of the Language Office:

Monday to Friday:  10.00 am - 6.00 pm
Saturday:              12.00 pm - 3.00 pm

Seats are limited to a maximum capacity of 20 participants per course.

Placement test:
If you already have some knowledge of German or if you have not attended a course for over a year, you must undergo a language test which will help us place you in a suitable course level. Please contact our Language office about the date of the test.

Payment of fees:
Fees are to be paid in full at the time of enrolment in cash or by demand draft or by a/c payee cheque.

Documents:
Please bring a valid photo-ID of yourself with details of date of birth/age (eg. passport, driving license, voter ID card, school or college ID card etc) and a current coloured photo (stamp size) at the time of enrolment. You can download the application form (PDF-Format) and bring the filled-in form in person at the time of enrolment. You could also fill up the form directly at our Language Office when you come for enrolment.
