About

Dr. S. S. Apte
Dr. S. S. Apte completed graduation in science from Bombay University and Homoeopathic education from Bombay Homoeopathic Medical College in 1966. His inquisitive mind was pondering over one question - How do such small dosages of drugs as used in Homoeopathy produce such dramatic results? Following the advice of one of his professors, he decided to become a practitioner of Homoeopathy before embarking on research on the above question, by establishing the Association for Research in Homoeopathy (ARH) in 1986. He edited the first publication of ARH “Scientific Basis of Homoeopathy” to put down the road map for scientific investigation of the principles and practice of Homoeopathy. Clinical Research on Homoeopathic treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis was undertaken between 1990-98, followed by the various research projects currently being conducted by ARH.
