The library is open to the public. Visitors can use books and media in the library free of charge. However, you must be a member to be able to borrow books and other materials.
Membership can be obtained by submitting the duly filled Registration form and upon presentation of valid proof of address (e.g. passport, driving license, voting card)
The Annual membership fee is INR 1000 (or INR 600 for six months).

Items can be renewed twice, provided there is no prior reservation (except for DVDs and language materials).
