Werner Herzog is considered one of the greatest figures of New German Cinema. He is a director, producer, screenwriter, actor and an opera director. Since 1962 Herzog has made more than 25 documentaries.
In June, a wide selection of his documentaries will be presented for the first time in Sri Lanka during ‘Ecstasy & Truth’: Werner Herzog Documentary Film Week.
