The library is open to the general public. Reference use of the library and information centre is free of charge. To borrow books and other materials, you need a valid library card. To obtain one, simply fill the application form, show your ID-card and hand over two photographs.
Library cards are available for the following fees:
Membership for Books, DVD's & CD's
LKR 1000,00 anually.
Loan periods:
Books and audio cassettes & magazines: 3 weeks
Videos, DVDs & CDs: 1 week
Renewals:
The loan period may be extended, provided that other library users have not reserved the materials. We regret that loans of videos and DVDs cannot be renewed. For renewals, please contact
