Central Philippine University offers German as an elective foreign language subject in the College of Theology

The Dept. of European Languages, College of Arts and Letters, University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City offers Bachelor of Arts Major in European Languages program.

The German School Manila was founded in 1980 under the name José Rizal School. In 1992, the German School and the Ecole Francaise de Manille jointly moved to the Eurocampus in Paranaque, Metro Manila. In the school year 2002/2003, they set up the European International School (EIS) that offers the internationally recognised International Baccalaureat (IB) degree programme.

The Dept. of Modern Languages offers Minor in German Studies program.

Known as the Catholic University of the Philippines, the almost four-century old University of Santo Tomas draws inspiration from the teachings and philosophy of St. Thomas Aquinas, the Angelic doctor and patron saint of Catholic schools. The university is the oldest in Asia and in student population, the largest Catholic University in the world located in one campus. German language classes are offered to students of the Graduate School and the Conservatory of Music

The West Visayas State University Language Centre was established in recognition of the importance of language as a medium of academic, business, and professional pursuits. Additional functions include: to liaison with local and foreign centers, programs or projects with similar persuasions and objectives; to provide an avenue for the learning of other languages besides English such as Japanese, German, French, Spanish, Chinese, Italian etc; and to provide other services related to language teaching and learning.
