• Slots are limited, and available on a first-come first-served registration basis.
• Exam fees and schedules are not refundable, transferable and re-bookable.
• The exam dates and times are subject to change depending on the number of examinees and other circumstances. On rare occasions, the oral portion of the exam may be moved to a different day to accommodate more examinees.
• The exam results are available within a week after the exam date. In addition, individual results will be released through personal appearance by the examinee or sent by courier (please pay the courier fee at the language office). In accordance with Goethe-Institut's privacy policy, exam results cannot be released by phone, email, text message nor to anyone other than the examinee. In cases where the examinee cannot personally claim their test results, an authorization letter may be presented with valid IDs of both the examinee and the representative.
• Currently enrolled Goethe-Institut Philippinen students are entitled to a 1,000.-- Pesos discount on exam fees.
