The library is open to the public. Visitors can use media and obtain information free of charge. However, you have to become a member of the library to borrow books and other media.To register and obtain your membership card you fill in an application form and bring 2 passport size photographs and your NIC as well as a copy of it along.
The annual membership fee is PKR 1000.

Loan periods:
Books, CDs and audio books: 2 weeks.
Reference media may not be borrowed. Due to licence rights the borrowing of videos and DVDs is subject to tight regulations (for details please refer to the library team).
Renewals:
Apart from prior reservations the loan period for media except videos and DVDs can be renewed for another 2 weeks.
