By the decision of the curators of the National Centre for Contemporary Arts, seven artists from Germany will take part in the project "Art on Site". The artists are invited to five Russian cities to work in artist residences. As a result of their stay in one of the cities, they are going to create (independently from each other) new projects, playing with local public spaces.
