Talgat Asyrankulov born in 1962 in Jalalabad, Ferghana valley, sough Kirghizia. Lives and works in Bishkek.
- 1982 Graduated from the Frunze (Bishkek) Art College
- 1989 also from the Russian State Institute of Cinematography, Moscow, design department
- 2000–2008 worked in cinema. Production designer for films including Selkinchek (director: Aktan Abdykalykov) and Shiza (director: Gulshat Omarova). Director of the film The Birds of Paradise (2006). Storyboard artist on the 2005 film Mongol (director: Sergei Bodrov senior).
