Cheeky Girls

Freche Mädchen

Whether it’s school, family or boys causing stress, best friends Mila (Emilia Schüle), Hanna (Selina Shirin Müller) and Kati (Henriette Nagel) are always there for each other. But their bonds are tested when Kati develops a crush on Brian (Wilson Gonzalez Ochsenknecht). A super-cool guy with a rock band, Brian wants to turn a poem written by Mila into the group’s new song. While jealousy simmers between Mila and Kati, Hannah has her own problems. A gifted singer, she wants to audition for a show but her boyfriend Branko (Ben Unterkofler) does not approve. Adapted from the phenomenally popular “Cheeky Girls – Cheeky Books” series by Bianka Minte-König, this ‘tween flick is a funny and truthful look at friendship and finding one’s place.
