4. SYNCHRONIZATION COPY
We kindly ask you to make available an ME Beta (SP) PAL or DigiBeta tape (music and effect tracks separate from the dialogue track) of the film if possible for synchronization purposes to ensure maximum quality. However, DVDs are accepted if necessary. Please note that we will approach you for the Beta tape as soon as your film has been selected for the festival programme.

We kindly ask you to provide an English language MS Word dialogue script of the film for accurate translation into the local languages. The dialogue script can be sent to us per e-mail or per CD-Rom together with the screening copy of the film. 10. RETURN CONSIGNMENT
The Beta tape will be returned to the applicant after the festival, together with examples of all festival PR materials, such as the catalogue, programme leaflets, postcard and poster. Applicants whose films were accepted into the festival programme will also receive a copy of the film synchronized in the local language of the countries in which the film was shown.
Note: Please take into consideration when submitting films that our audience is comprised of largely young viewers and that this is taken into account by the pre-jury. However, the selection nonetheless also includes exceptions of outstanding films for mature audiences.
