The film is a great example of how science television is beginning to become part of the broadcasting scene in Thailand. It was shown earlier this year on Thai television and explores the Mekong River, which like a string connects China, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam to form the Grand Mekong River Sub Region. This is the first episode of the series and investigates the source of the majestic river.
