Berta, Carla and Meggie are carers at a nursing home who have rather unorthodox views of their profession. If you have to die, then you’d better do it in style - so the three women set about staging the deaths of their patients as re-enactments of the lives and deaths of famous stars.

Biography -Theresia Walser

Born in Friedrichshafen in 1967, Theresia Walser studied theater at the College for Music and Theater in Bern, Switzerland, from 1990 until 1994. From 1996 she was an actress at the Junges Theater Göttingen, and later moved to Berlin to write plays. In 1998 she was voted best new playwright by the magazine Theater heute. She is the youngest of four daughters of the German author Martin Walser.
