The language department at the Goethe-Institut New York works together with teachers, schools and other institutions of higher education in order to strengthen the German teaching profession in the New York region and in the following states covered by our Trainer Network East: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachussetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, West Virginia, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida. In addition, we support German programs in the USA through specialized promotional materials and cultural events.
