This is an overview of the technical capabilities in the Auditorium. While its primary purpose is that of a screening room with HD projection, it's equally suitable for conferences, presentations, small ensemble concerts, staged readings and much more.
With the recent addition of a High Def Projection system and a 5 channel sound system the projection quality well exceeds that of comparable mid-size venues.
Multi standard source equipment provides exceptional format compatibility, we can project practically all digital media formats regardless off region coding or color system conflicts.
Computer free presentations via USB drive possible.
Half of the seating can be removed and offers great flexibility in the rooms layout and usability.
Entry to the auditorium is through the Media Lounge with ground-level handicapped access and three emergency exits.
The auditorium features WiFi connectivity throughout.
An upright Bluethner Piano is available.
We encourage you to contact or visit us to see if the Goethe-Institut meets your specific requirements and will gladly consult you on event logistics and what can or can not be accommodated.
