Here we provide an overview of the magazines available at the Goethe-Institut Media Lounge.
The most recent issue of any title does not circulate, previous issues may be borrowed for up to two weeks.
In addition to the periodicals we carry a number of German language newspapers published in the US, "Die Zeit" and "Süddeutsche Zeitung".


Der Spiegel
Germany’s number one weekly news magazine focuses in large parts on political and social issues. DER SPIEGEL dedicates large sections to investigative journalism.
In addition to national German topics, the magazine reports on economical, cultural and scientific themes from all around the world.
