Since it was launched in 2000, C/O Berlin - International Forum for Visual Dialogues has established itself as part of the cultural landscape in Berlin’s lively Mitte district between the Museum Island and the government quarter. The commitment of its three founders – photographer Stephan Erfurt, designer Marc Naroska and architect Ingo Pott – has created a young institution, unique in Germany, with a cultural program of international standing.
Talents – Since early 2006, C/O Berlin has been offering up-and-coming photographers and art and cultural critics their first solo public platform. The series has set itself the task of creating a location for young contemporary photography and critics from Germany and abroad. Each solo exhibition is accompanied by a publication including images and texts.
