Intermediate German B2.1 - B2.4
June - August 2012
9 weeks
Goethe-Institut Washington
After completing the B2 level, students can understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in their field of specialization. They can interact with a degree of fluency and spontaneity that makes regular interaction with native speakers quite possible without strain for either party. Students will be able to produce clear, detailed text on a wide range of subjects and explain a viewpoint on a topical issue giving the advantages and disadvantages of various options.
The Goethe-Institut in Washington offers several courses at the B2 level, including the four progressively structured sub-levels, Intermediate German B2.1, B2.2, B2.3 and B2.4. Due to the number of students at this level, we are unable to offer all sub-levels every session.
*New students pay a one-time registration fee of $20. Payment of registration and/or course fees assumes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. Early-bird prices ($400/$300) are valid until 19 May 2012, after which prices return to $445/$425/$320.
