GoetheForum (DC)

Thanks to the generous support of the Alfried Krupp von Bohlen und Halbach Foundation, the Goethe-Institut in Washington is equipped with a professional grade screening facility with tiered seating for 92: the GoetheForum (DC).These facilities allow us to offer a broad film program of our own and allow us to participate in many of Washington's important film festivals, including the Washington Jewish Film Festival and Reel Affirmations, among others. In addition, the facilities of the GoetheForum may also be used by other cultural institutions (especially those of other European Union members) for film and video screenings as well as podium discussions.
