1. Enrolment requirements
- Minimum age 18
- Prior to the course an enrolement form has to be completed.
- A placement test is required for all courses except for course A1.1.
- At enrolement R 3,300.00 has to be paid.
- In special cases two enstalments of R 1,650.00 can be accepted.
- At the latest the course fees have to be paid in full one month after the course has started.
- Electronic transfers and proof of payment, cash or cheques are the only acceptable means of payment.
- The contractually binding fee is the fee stated in the price list current at the time of application.
2012:
- Extensive course (min. 8 - max. 16 participands): R 3,300.00
- Extensive course (5 - 7 participants): R 3,300 + compensation
- Converstional course (min. 8 - max. 16 participants): R 1,300.00
- "tailor-made" course: by quotation
- Each book costs: R 300.00 (subject to change)
- Special offer for courses done in succession:
- - 5% for the second and third course
- - 10% for the fourth and fifth course
- - 15% for the sixth course...
- No refunds will be paid once the course has started.
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The date of cancellation shall be the date of receipt at the Goethe-Institut South Africia.
- A cancellation fee of 20% is applicable before the course commences.
- The liability of the Goethe-Institut and its staff is limited to intent and gross negligence. The Goethe-Institut also accepts no liability for the cancellation of its services due to force majeur (e.g. natural disasters, fire, floods, war, official orders and all other circumstances beyond the control of the contractual parties).
