Learning German: Registration, Dates and Prices

How to enrol:
You can enrol in person during the enrolment week, by telephone or by e-mail.

Personal registration:
Term 1: 11 – 13 January & 16 + 17 January 2012
Term 2: 03 + 04 May & 07 - 09 May 2012
Term 3: 29 - 31 August & 03 + 04 September 2012

Placement test:
If you already have some German knowledge and wish to enrol for one of our courses we ask you to come to the Language Office and complete a placement test. Afterwards we will conduct an informal interview with you which will help us to access your level of German as closely as possible and find the best course for you.
Our proficiency test (written & interview) is free of cost. It can be conducted during the enrolment week. Additional times can be arranged.

Means of payment:

• Proof of electronic transfer

• cash

Cancellation and refunds:

• No refunds will be paid once the course has started.
• Cancellation must be done in writing.
• A cancellation fee of 20% is applicable before the course commences.
