		Freelances for several daily newspapers, such as Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, taz, NRZ, Südkurier
		Receives doctoral degree from Essen University
		Teaches at Dortmund University
2002		Stipend and poetry prize from Northrhine-Westfalia
2003		Literature prize „Debüt im Buddenbrookhaus“ (Debut in the Buddenbrook House), Lübeck
		lives in Wuppertal
