Writing about Africa – Contemporary German Literature is a continuation of an internet site entitled “Recent German Literature on Africa” which was conceptualised and realised by
Andrea Jacob, Dr. Barbara Richter-Ngogang, Ute Reimer-Böhner.

The Internet site “Writing about Africa – Contemporary German Literature” is a joint project by the Goethe-Institut in Sub-Saharan Africa and the Department of Modern Foreign Languages at Stellenbosch University.
