Curatorial Statement
1. The exhibition curator is essentially an assistant to the artists.
2. At present there no longer exist any fundamental boundaries and distinctions between the different regions of the world. Art has become a globalized fact of life.
3. Precisely this (together with new intercultural modes of interpretation, but also due to novel kinds of pressure placed on art by sections of the financial world) demands a far more earnest approach on the part of museum, exhibition halls, critics, communicators and teachers of art, whose task now more than ever is to aid art and artists to preserve a space for unconstrained artistic work.
